When will my order be dispatched?

How do I pay?
USDT or USDC on Tron (TRC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), or by bank transfer / PayID. For a bank transfer, your order is placed on hold and we email you our PayID and bank details. We don't take cards.
What is the returns policy?
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns once dispatched. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
